The Citizen's Foundation- (Pakistan)- an NGO for building 1000 Schools over hundreds of towns and cities.

Randy Halason- (Philippines)- For serving the children of Matisalug Tribe.

Bachendri Pal- was conferred "Bharat Gaurav" by East Bengal Club.
